Mike’s Kickin’ Cashew Brittle

Oh Mike, you fussy man!  We make an amazing Cashew Brittle.  Cashew's are Mike's favorite nut.  You'd think that was enough.  No, it's not.  You see, we make a Cayenne Pecan Brittle.  Mike absolutely LOVES spice of all kinds.  Mike was sad there was no spicy version of Cashew Brittle. What is a Brittle Maker to do?  As a nice Christmas Gift to Mike the Head Brittle Maker created a spicy version of the Cashew Brittle.  Because we do love to share here, we let the public taste this special creation of crunchy, spicy, buttery goodness at a show.  They loved it too!  So thanks to Mike, we have a spicy Cashew Brittle.  You need it too!
