Sweet Liberty Brittle 101: Why our Brittle is so Unique.

Our beautiful crunchy, buttery toffee premium nut brittle, is made by hand. Each small batch, is stirred slowly until it is golden brown and delicious. Butter, cane sugar, REAL vanilla, hand selected plump nuts and other natural ingredients such as bacon in select varieties . Oh yeah, did I mention the butter? Creamy golden all natural butter!

After the cooking process is complete, we cool our brittle perfection on real marble slabs as candy makers have done for ages. We hand pack the bags with pieces of gorgous brittle, and hand weigh each container. A label and it is ready for purchase in our store.
