Peanut Brittle

OMG! The Head Brittle Maker resisted making peanut brittle for well over a decade.  The thought was there is so much peanut brittle out there, why add more?  Well, we'll tell you why!  Our Peanut Brittle is truly like no other Peanut Brittle you've ever had!  We use big, beautiful Virginia Peanuts (size really does matter!) We use way more butter than any other Peanut Brittle.  What does this do?  It creates a Peanut Brittle that has a solid crunch with no sticking to your teeth.  The brittle absolutely melts in your mouth!  The butter ads a creamy component that makes it feel like your biting into peanut butter with a heavenly crunch.  We bow down to the generations of other peanut brittles.  They are lovely and have such history.  Ours is truly a step above those. We kind of feel bad at how we absolutely blow your Gramma/Grandpa's brittle out of the water.  We didn't mean to do that but here we are.
