Pistachio Brittle

Did you say PISTACHIO? YES PLEASE!  Our pistachio brittle is amazing.  The smaller nuts and deeper toast on the nuts gives this baby a depth of umami that is rarely found (umami is a flavor/sense that really is hard to describe.  It's found in ripe cheeses and grilled meats.) Umami is an elusive taste and hard to describe.  When you bite into a piece of our pistachio brittle you will feel this elusive flavor surround you and embrace every fiber of your being.  And then it ends in a delightful buttery crunch so there's that.
